TPT Retirement Solutions

Accessibility Statement

Last updated October 2026.

This accessibility statement applies to the TPT Retirement Solutions website (tpt.co.uk).

At TPT Retirement Solutions, we are committed to making our digital services accessible and inclusive for as many people as possible. We want everyone to be able to access the information and services they need, regardless of their circumstances, ability or technology.

This website was designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.

To help improve accessibility and personalisation, we have introduced the Recite Me accessibility toolbar. The toolbar provides a range of features designed to help visitors access and interact with website content in a way that works best for them. These features include:

  • Text-to-speech functionality
  • Translation into over 130 languages
  • Adjustable text size, fonts and colour contrast
  • Reading and focus support tools
  • Personalisation options to improve readability and navigation

The toolbar forms part of our wider digital accessibility programme, which is focused on improving accessibility across our websites, digital services, documents and communications. The toolbar provides additional accessibility and personalisation options and does not replace our ongoing work to assess and improve the accessibility of the website.

Compliance status

The TPT Retirement Solutions website was designed and built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We are currently carrying out an accessibility review and remediation programme to assess and improve our website against WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements.

As a result, the website has not yet been fully assessed against WCAG 2.2 Level AA and we do not currently claim conformance with that standard. Our aim is to achieve WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance once the remediation programme has been completed and any identified issues have been addressed.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we will continue to review, monitor and improve the accessibility of our digital services over time.

Known accessibility limitations

We are aware that some areas of the website may not yet provide the optimal experience for all users.

Third-party tools and functionality

Some third-party tools, forms and interactive components may not work fully with every assistive technology or support all features provided by the Recite Me toolbar. Examples may include chatbots, embedded applications and other dynamic content.

Where limitations are identified, we will work with the relevant suppliers and review potential improvements as part of our ongoing accessibility programme.

Documents

Some older PDF, Word and other downloadable documents may not be fully accessible to users of assistive technology.

We are working to improve the accessibility of our documents and will prioritise key content as part of our remediation programme. Where possible, new documents will be created in line with accessibility best practice. If you need information from a document in an alternative format, please contact us.

Other online services

This accessibility statement applies only to tpt.co.uk. Other TPT online services, including DB Online, Online DC Account and Employer Portal, may have separate accessibility arrangements and will be reviewed as part of our wider digital accessibility programme.

Feedback and contact information

We are always looking to improve the accessibility of our website and welcome feedback from users.

If you experience any accessibility issues, find content that you cannot access, or require information in an alternative format, please contact us and let us know.

When contacting us, please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you experienced so that we can investigate and respond appropriately.

Our ongoing commitment to accessibility

Making our digital services more accessible is an important part of delivering a better experience for our members, employers and website visitors.

The introduction of the Recite Me accessibility toolbar is one step in a broader programme of work that includes accessibility monitoring, document remediation and ongoing improvements across our digital estate. We will continue to identify, prioritise and address accessibility barriers as part of our commitment to creating inclusive digital experiences.
