Helen Taylor

Helen leads TPT’s Legal, Risk & Compliance, Governance and HR teams. She is responsible for ensuring TPT has the right resources, skills and capabilities to deliver key business objectives and good outcomes for members. She oversees the identification, assessment and management of risk across the organisation, alongside the implementation and ongoing development of effective compliance frameworks.

Since joining TPT in 2015, Helen has held several senior leadership roles, including Chief People Officer, Corporate Services Director and HR Director. She brings more than a decade of prior experience in senior European-level roles within the legal and retail sectors, adding extensive expertise in governance, organisational leadership and people strategy.
