How do I notify TPT of a death?

Please accept our sincere condolences on your loss.
 
You can let us know that a TPT member has passed away through our Get in touch page. Select Notify of a Death and we’ll guide you through the information we need.
 
We’ll need to see a copy of the death certificate so we can review the member’s pension and any benefits that may be payable. We may also ask for information about the member’s personal circumstances to help us determine who any benefits should be paid to.
