I can't sign in to DB Online

If you've forgotten your password or sign in details you can reset your password on the sign in page by clicking on 'Forgot your details?' and following the instructions.

If you're signing in for the first time you'll need to have these items to hand:

• Two letters from TPT (one with your username and one with your temporary password)
• Your National Insurance number
• Your date of birth
• Access to a phone to receive an authorisation code

Please note that the temporary password includes letters, numbers and symbols for security. Once you've completed sign in, you can set a password that's more memorable to you.
