Raising a complaint with TPT

If you are an employer participating in a pension scheme administered by TPT and you have a problem or complaint in connection with the pension scheme or its administration, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help.

In the first instance, please contact your regular contact at TPT who will look to resolve the matter with you. 

If your regular contact is unable to resolve your issue please contact the Client Relations Associate Director at TPT providing details of your complaint:

Raising a complaint with your Trustees

If you remain dissatisfied after receiving a response from TPT, your scheme’s trustees may be able to assist. Different trustees will have different approaches to managing disagreements with employers. TPT can provide further information in relation to specific schemes on request.

If you are an employer in a scheme to which Verity Trustees Limited is the trustee, a formal employer complaints procedure exists for complaints to be referred to the trustee and can be provided on request by TPT.
