TPT appoints Harry Bridger as Business Development Manager
TPT Retirement Solutions (“TPT”), one of the UK’s leading providers of workplace pensions, has today announced the appointment of Harry Bridger as Business Development Manager.
Reporting into Adam Tudor, TPT’s Head of Distribution, Harry will contribute to new business generation, helping prospective clients understand TPT’s range of pension consolidation vehicles.
Harry’s appointment comes at an important time for TPT with their planned superfund launch following the announcement of its intention to develop a multi-employer Collective Defined Contribution (CDC) proposition, and its DC income-for-life proposition. Pending regulatory authorisations, TPT will have six different consolidation vehicles, making it a clear industry leader and standout pioneer of pension solution development.
Harry brings a decade of experience across the UK pensions and financial services sectors. He joins TPT from Brightwell, where he worked on launching Brightwell as a third party provider, across administration, actuarial and investment. Earlier in his career, he worked in PwC’s actuarial practice, advising pension schemes, insurers and other organisations to help mitigate financial risk.
Commenting on the appointment, Adam Tudor, Head of Distribution at TPT Retirement Solutions, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Harry to TPT at an exciting time for our business and the wider pensions market. His experience and track-record will strengthen our ability to attract new clients across our solutions and, working closely with the wider Business Development team, will contribute to our ambitions and help create a strong business pipeline built on deep meaningful relationships.”
Harry Bridger, Business Development Manager, at TPT Retirement Solutions, said:
“TPT has a leading reputation for innovation in the UK pensions market. I’m looking forward to working with the team to support the growth of its DB, DC and CDC propositions, helping schemes access solutions designed to improve outcomes for members.”
