TPT appoints Helen Taylor as Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer
TPT Retirement Solutions, one of the UK’s leading workplace pension scheme providers, has today announced that Helen Taylor has been appointed as its new Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer (CLRCO).

The appointment underscores TPT’s commitment to a culture of strong governance, robust risk management and high professional standards as it brings a range of new, innovative products to the UK market. Pending regulatory authorisations of its Superfund and multi-employer CDC scheme, TPT will have six different consolidation vehicles, making it a clear industry leader and standout pioneer of pension solution development.
Reporting directly to David Lane, Chief Executive of TPT, Helen will be responsible for the management of TPT’s risk, compliance and training frameworks, ensuring it has the right resources, skills and capabilities to deliver key business objectives and good outcomes for members. Helen will also oversee the identification, assessment and management of risk across the organisation, alongside the implementation and ongoing development of effective compliance frameworks.
Helen brings with her more than a decade of experience at TPT, having held several senior roles including Chief People Officer, Corporate Services Director and HR Director. Prior to joining TPT, Helen worked at European clothing retailer Damartex as Head of HR, and at Hammonds Direct law firm as Head of Organisational Development and Legal training.
