TPT hires new Head of Consultant Relations
TPT Retirement Solutions, one of the UK’s leading workplace pension scheme providers, is pleased to announce the appointment of Katherine Lynas as Head of Consultant Relations.

Reporting into Nicholas Clapp, TPT’s Commercial Director, Katherine will take the lead on sharpening and promoting TPT’s proposition in the market. A central part of her brief will be to identify and build relationships with employee benefit consultants (EBCs) across the full spectrum of consolidation vehicles TPT offers.
In this role, Katherine will work closely with the wider Business Development team to shape an ambitious, joined-up sales strategy and help build a strong business pipeline built on deep relationships with key pensions professionals.
Katherine brings over two decades of experience in the pensions and institutional investment industry. She has held a range of senior roles across marketing, business development and client solutions at leading global firms — most recently serving as a Senior Consultant at Punter Southall Group. Prior to that, she held senior roles at SEI, and XPS Pensions Group. Her career is distinguished by a consistent focus on serving both DB and DC pension scheme clients.
Nicholas Clapp, Commercial Director, TPT Retirement Solutions, comments:
“We’re delighted to welcome Katherine to the team at such a pivotal moment for the business, as we launch a wave of new propositions. Her broad and dynamic skillset will play a central role in sharpening our sales strategy and driving new business opportunities — further accelerating the momentum behind our already strong pipeline.”
Katherine Lynas, Head of Consultant Relations at TPT, comments:
“I’m excited to be joining the TPT team at such a pivotal point. Having worked across a wide range of pension products, I’m eager to bring my experience in building strong relationships to support TPT’s ambitions — and help propel the business along its impressive growth trajectory.”
