Alison Hatcher (Vidett)
Trustee
Alison is a professional Trustee at Vidett and has more than 20 years' experience in financial services and holds positions on boards as both a trustee for DB and DC schemes, as well as on a Housing Association and the Council of Warwick University.
For more than 13 years, Hatcher worked at HSBC eventually becoming the CEO of HSBC Retirement Services Limited. She developed and implemented their strategy for the creation of a digital wealth platform and took their Master Trust through authorisation.
Hatcher stepped down as a non-executive director of The Pensions Regulator earlier in the year to help support market innovation and member value.
