TPT appoints Kayleigh Pegler-Knight as Head of Implementation
TPT Retirement Solutions (TPT), one of the UK’s leading providers of workplace pensions, has today announced the appointment of Kayleigh Pegler-Knight as Head of Implementation.

In her role, Kayleigh will oversee all onboarding and transition activities, bringing together operational, technology, administration, client and commercial teams to help ensure all schemes are able to transition onto TPT’s platforms efficiently.
Reporting into Paddy Lye, Chief Operating Officer, Kayleigh will head up the development of a more integrated approach to implementation across TPT’s expanding range of products and services. Her focus will be on building a joined-up onboarding and transition capability that combines strong governance, an excellent client experience, robust data management and operational excellence.
Having completed TPR’s Superfund assessment process in October 2026, and subject to regulatory approval of the TPT Collective Pension Scheme, TPT will offer employers six distinct consolidation vehicles, setting it apart in the market and reinforcing its position at the forefront of pension innovation.
As TPT continues to grow, maintaining a consistent, scalable and high-quality approach to implementing all schemes, transferring business onto its platforms, supporting risk transfer transactions and managing scheme exits has become increasingly important. This newly created role will provide end-to-end leadership across these activities, ensuring TPT continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, members and stakeholders.
Kayleigh brings extensive experience in the pensions industry, having previously held roles at Pensions Insurance Corporation, Fidelity and Legal and General. She joins TPT from Just Group, where she served as Senior Data and Onboarding Manager, bringing significant expertise in data onboarding, implementation delivery, client integration and operational change.
Commenting on the appointment, Paddy Lye, Chief Operating Officer at TPT Retirement Solutions, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Kayleigh at such a pivotal time for TPT. As we continue to expand and evolve our propositions, maintaining operational excellence across the business is a key priority. Kayleigh will play a vital role in overseeing implementation activities across our growing range of pension solutions, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding outcomes for clients, members and stakeholders.”
Kayleigh Pegler-Knight, Head of Implementation at TPT Retirement Solutions, said:
“I am delighted to be joining TPT at such an interesting time for the business. I’m looking forward to working closely with Paddy and the wider team to strengthen our implementation processes and deliver better outcomes for our members.”
